New York Congressman retires...wife gets arrested

Maurice Hinchey has served New York’s Hudson Valley in Congress for ten terms. His wife is a prominent lobbyist in Albany. On Thursday, they both made headline news. The Congressman announced he would retire from Congress. Hours before, his wife was arrested in Albany…for drunken driving…after she rear-ended a car…her second DWI arrest since May.
