The calendar says January…albeit January 31, but the thermometer will read in the 40’s today…a stark change from last January. And to top it off…it won’t be the warmest day of this month. Olean peaked at 52 degree’s two weeks ago…but to keep us honest, it also dipped to minus two this month as well. Forecasters say enjoy it…arctic air could be returning soon.
