Head-on crash causes injuries

State police say two people were hurt when two commercial trucks collided head-on Tuesday on state route 155 in Norwich Township/McKean County. Troopers said 43-year old Al Wen Zeng of Brooklyn passed a school bus…which was stopped waiting to turn…and was struck by an oncoming truck operated by Jaqueline Daugherty of Bradford. Daugherty and a passenger in the other truck were treated at Charles Cole. Troopers  say charges for multiple traffic violations are pending against Wen Zeng.
