A Salamanca man has been arrested following a domestic dispute. 32-year old Wilson Rodriguez was charges with Criminal Mischief and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Sheriff’s Deputies said the verbal dispute escalated and Rodriguez alleged smashed out a kitchen window. Police said it all happened in front of a small child. He was jailed on $500 bail.
Deputies arrested 34-year old Timothy Jerge of Olean, charging him in an Allegany court warrant with Criminal Contempt. He posted bail during his arraignment and will return to court at a later date.
A violent domestic dispute landed an Allegany man in jail. Deputies charged 54-year old Tom Thomas with Assault and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. The incident happened at his Seventh Street home. Thomas was arraigned. Baiul was set at $2,000.
