Alleged stabber pleads not guilty

The Olean teen charged last November with stabbing a 17-year old girl in the face with a knife has pleaded not guilty in Cattaraugus County court. Destiny Bellaus stands charged with 1st & 2nd degree Assault, both felonies and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. The attack happened in Oak Hill Park. The case has been adjourned for motions.
