Village police arrested Patrick W Johnson, 30, of Wellsville following a disturbance on pleasant street in the village. Johnson was charged with disorderly conduct. He was arraigned in village court and released to appear at a later date.
Village police arrested Brandy M Ellsworth, 29, of Wellsville charging her with petit larceny. The charge stems from a complaint that she stole money from another subject while at tops. Ellsworth was processed and issued an appearance ticket for village court at a later date.
