Police responded to the report of a large fight in progress on S. Main St and arrested Casey M. James age 21 of Scio, NY for Disorderly Conduct. He was processed at the station and released on an appearance ticket directing him to appear in Village Court on 1/10/12.

Police investigated a large underage drinking party at a Rauber St residence and arrested Kyle L. Lupo age 19 of Wellsville, NY for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st Degree. He was brought to the station where he was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Village Court on 1/10/12.

Police responded to a disturbance at a residence E. Dyke St and arrested Vincent J. Manka age 38 of Wellsville, NY for Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree. He was brought to the station where he was processed and arraigned before Acting Village Justice Ames and was committed to the Allegany County Jail to return to Village Court on 1/17/12.

Police responded to a large underage drinking party at a Rauber St address and arrested Robb F. Fuller age 20 of Scio, NY and Dustin R. Norton age 20 of Wellsville, NY for Unlawfully Dealing with a Child in the 1st degree. They were brought to the station where they were processed and released on an appearance ticket directing them to appear in Village Court on 1/10/12.
