Welfare fraud arrest

Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 40-year old Dawn Perrington of Delevan. She was charged with Welfare Fraud, four counts of Forgery and four counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing. She's accused of submitting altered doctors slips of four occassions. She was issued a court appearance ticket.
