Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies made two DWI arrests in twenty four hours. Deputies charged 41-year old Andrew Fisher of Allegany. He was held on $500 bail. And 64-year old Karen Ruffner of Allegany was also charged with DWI. She appeared in Carrollton court last night.
