State Police in Amity make arrests in recent burglaries

The New York State Police in Amity arrested two subjects relative to a recent rash of burglaries in the southeast portion of Allegany County and northern Pennsylvania. Numerous thefts of ATVS and other property have been occurring since September of 2011. Ronnie L. Farrow Jr., 25 years old, from the town of Willing was arrested for two counts of Burglary 3rd Degree in the T/Wellsville, 3 counts of Burglary 3rd 2 counts of Grand Larceny 4th and Petit Larceny in the town of Andover, 2 counts of Burglary 3rd, 1 count of Grand Larceny 3rd and 1 count of Grand Larceny 4th in the T/Willing, and 1 count of Burglary 3rd in the T/Alma. Joshua D. Milne-Dunne, 26 years old, from the town of Willing was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd in the T/Willing. Numerous items of stolen property were recovered which included 5 ATV’s, lawn mowers, tools and proceeds from burglaries that occurred in New York and Pennsylvania. The defendants were arraigned in the village of Andover Court and remanded to the Allegany County jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail/$15,000 bond. The State Police in Amity were assisted by members of the SP Lyons station, Pennsylvania State Police in Coudersport, the town of Andover PD, the town of Willing PD and the village of Wellsville PD. Additional charges and arrests are pending.
