Potter-McKean headlines

The Bradford City Council last night passed its 20-12 budget. The spending plan carries no tax increase . More good news from Bradford…UPMC  Hamot is opening a new medical facility on Boylston Street. It will open January 2nd.

The unemployment rate has dropped in McKean County but jumped in Potter. McKean’s Novemeber unemployment rate had dropped to 8.3% while in Potter, it rose to 8.8%.
