Following a traffic stop on East Dyke Street in the village, Wellsville police arrested Greggory K. Mark, 19, of Perkinsville charging him with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol content of greater than .08%, and no seatbelt. Mark was processed and released to a sober third party to reappear at a later date.
