A Horseheads-based pipeline company has been fined nearly $20,000  for numerous erosion- and sediment-control violations at a natural gas compressor station in Bradford County, Pa....that’s according to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The company fined, Appalachia Midstream LLC, is the pipeline division of Chesapeake Energy.
