FARR, d/o/b 9/3/1989, of Allegany, New York, but presently incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty to an Indictment that charges him with one count of Murder in the Second Degree, class A-I felony; one count of Manslaughter in the First Degree, a class B felony; one count of Assault in the First Degree, a class B felony and one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree, a class A misdemeanor. The incident occurred on or about October 24, 2011, in the Town of Allegany , when the defendant, with intent to cause the death of another person, caused the death of STEPHEN L. BALSER . The defendant is held without bail.

GINNERY, d/o/b 4/27/1962, of Great Valley, New York, but presently incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty to an Indictment that charges him with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, class B felonies; two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a class B felonies. The incident occurred on or about December 14, 2010, in the Town of Great Valley, when the defendant knowingly and unlawfully sold a narcotic drug. The matter is adjourned for motions.
