Allegany County man jailed for allegedly harming his young daughter

Press Release from the State Police:



On December 30, 2011 following a joint investigation involving the New York State Police and Child Protective Services in both Allegany and Erie counties, a 20 year old Town of Centerville, N.Y. man was arrested for two felony counts of Assault in the Second Degree and also endangering the welfare of a child.
The suspect, Cody A. Peck of Fitch Farm Rd. in the T/Centerville is accused of injuring his 6 month old daughter on two separate occasions in the months of November and December of this year.
The child is currently being cared for at Women’s and Children’s hospital in Buffalo.
Peck was processed at SP Amity and arraigned in the Town of Scio court by Town Justice James Ames. Peck was subsequently committed to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

  1. Total bs. i think everyone should get their facts straight. cody peck is an innocent man. he loves his children and would never bring harm to them. allegany county is just a joke. they forced him into. a faulty confession.
