Wellsville Police with the assistance of the Hornell Police Department and the Steuben County Sheriff’s Department, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Wellsville Village Court arrested Jason M. Mielke, age 32 of Scio.  Mielke was located in Hornell and taking into custody by Hornell Police.  Mielke was transported by the Steuben County Sheriff’s office and turned over to Wellsville Police.  Mielke was processed and arraigned before Town Judge Walsh and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 bail.  Mielke is due back in Wellsville Village Court on November 29^th at 5 pm.
