Wellsville Police arrested Henry R. Farley Jr., age 52 of Wellsville, charging him with Robbery 1st (Class B Felony) and Burglary 1st (Class B Felony). The charges stem from an investigation into a home Burglary reported in August on McDowell Avenue in the Village. Farley was processed and arraigned before Village Judge O’Connor and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $20,000.00 bail. Farley is due back in Village court on November 29th at 5 pm.
