(Times Herald) Friday, 12:59 p.m., no injuries were reported in a three-vehicle accident at West State Street. As vehicles driven by Lucas A. Resig, 32, of Shinglehouse, Pa., and Garrett T. Lyons, 24, of Allegany, were stopped at a traffic light, a vehicle driven by Joshua E. Dunn, 26, of Arcade, attempted to stop, but its brakes allegedly malfunctioned and struck the rear fender of Mr. Lyons’ vehicle, which then moved forward and struck the rear fender of Resig’s vehicle, police said. Dunn wasissued an equipment violation.
