Tragedy for a Steuben County family eating dinner Saturday night at a hamburger shop in Amherst, NY. A 74-year old woman was attempting to park her minivan when it lunged into the restaurant killing a husband and wife, injuring their 13 year old son and a waitress. Police said Joseph and Katherine Bennett of Dansville were killed. Their son Matthew suffered a collapsed lung and is hospitalized at Women and Children’s hospital. The driver was not injured. The investigation continues.
