A Kohl’s department store employee was treated at the hospital after a shopper allegedly sprayed her in the face with pepper spray. Olean police said the staffer was confronting 33-year old Jennifer Abdo of Cuba about shoplifting when the incident occurred. Abdo was arrested was charged with two counts of assault, petit larceny, and unlawfully possessing a noxious liquid material.
