Sheriff’s Deputies on Wednesday arrested 41-year old Teresa Hathaway of Portville. She was charged with Welfare Fraud and Grand Larceny for failing to report income. As a result, Deputies said she unlawfully collected $1,400 in benefits. Hathaway will answer the charges in Olean city court January 10th.
