A former Congressional candidate in the 29th District hasn’t ruled out another run at office, provided New York’s redistricting efforts break the right way. According to the Evening Tribune…Matt Zeller, the Democratic candidate who lost to Congressman Tom Reed in the 2010 election, said he’s considering running again provided that the district is winnable for a non-Republican candidate.
