Wellsville Police Activity

Wellsville Police arrested an 18 year old youth from Whitesville, charging him with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3^rd.  The youth was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  The youth posted bail of $500.00 and was released.  The youth is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 27^th at 9 am.

Wellsville Police with the assistance of the Cuba Police Department, arrested Richard A. Darringer, age 22 of Richburg, charging him with Issuing a Bad Check.  Darringer was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Darringer was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $750.00 bail.  Darringer is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 27^th at 9 am.

Wellsville Police acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Village Court arrested Alan M. Schrader, age 28 of Wellsville.  Schrader was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Schrader was committed to the Allegany County Jail for 89 days or until his fine of $246.28 is paid in full.

Wellsville Police arrested Bradley J. Odell, age 25 of Wellsville, charging him with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.  The charges stem from an incident that took place on Stevens Street in the Village.  Odell was processed and arraigned before Village Justice O’Connor.  Odell was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $1000.00 bail.  Odell is due back in Wellsville Village Court on March 10^th at 12 pm.
