A former Coudersport man will stay in prison. 49-year-old David Thomas admitted raping two young girls two years ago. Then he sought a new trial claiming he received ineffective representation by his attorneys. However, Judge Stephen Minor said no. Thomas was sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison…and that’s where he’ll stay.
