A Bradford man is being held this morning on $250,000 bail…accused of numerous sex crimes against children including prostitution. State Police say for at least a year, 22-year old Justin Conklin allegedly committed sex crimes against four children ages 14-17. Police said the assaults happened in and around Bradford. Investigators say in addition to possessing child pornography, Conklin offered to pay one of the minors for a sexual act. In all, troopers say the man faces 35 separate felony charges. Arraigned by District Judge Richard Luther, Conklin was committed to the McKean County jail to await further court action.
Felony charges include:
Statutory Sexual Assault: 1 count
Unlawful Contact with a Minor: 2 counts
Sexual Abuse of Children: 30 counts
Corruption of Minors: 1 count
Prostituion and related offenses: 1 count
