A second fire in as many days in Potter County…four departments were dispatched to a barn fire on Route 49 in Allegany Township. Coudersport firefighters were first on the scene and quickly called for help from Shinglehouse, Genesee and Ulysses. Two other fire companies were placed on stand-by. It took nearly 90 minutes before firefighters brought the flames under control…many units remained at the scene for at least four hours. The 911 Center received the call at 4:46pm Tuesday.
