Bradford Man Faces Rape Charges

A Bradford man is facing rape charges for an incident involving a 17 year-old girl. State Police say that 19 year-old Theodore Miller had unwanted sex with the girl at a private residence in West Branch Township in Potter County on July 10. Miller is charged with rape and indecent assault. He is currently in the McKean County Jail on unrelated charges.
