Underage Drinking Party Busted in Allegany Town

Six local teenagers will be expected in court after Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s deputies busted an underage drinking party in the Town of Allegany. Deputies say the party took place at a residence on Family Lane Road. The six youths were issued appearance tickets for possession of alcohol by a minor under 21. Also, Christopher Shevlin was arrested for 1^st Degree Unlawful Dealing With a Minor for allegedly providing the alcohol. They’ll all be due in Town of Allegany Court at a later date.
