Community Remembers the "Town to Tough to Die"

Remembering the 101^st anniversary of the Austin Flood and the “town too tough to die.”  Over the weekend, the Potter County Community remembered the country’s second worst-ever dam collapse and the lives that were lost.  WVTT’s Megan Simms was at the event and filed this report.
