Successful Drug Bust Leads to Arrest

A drug bust in Cattaraugus County resulted in about 23 pounds of marijuana being seized from a home in Napoli, NY. According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s office, deputies searched the home of 60 year old James Leach and found a marijuana drying room. Leach has been charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and unlicensed growing of cannabis. Leach is being held in Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of bail.
