A Clymer teenager is accused of
operating his horse and buggy while under the influence. According to State
Police the 17-year-old drove the buggy while drunk and lost consciousness,
resulting in the buggy crashing and causing several hundred dollars of damage
to a nearby garden and truck. The teenager was arrested for fourth-degree
criminal mischief.
