A Potter County man is jailed for an alleged burglary and theft of guns. State police arrested 28-year old Juston Tubbs of Harrison Valley. He’s being held on $5,000 bail. Trooper Andrew Mincer said Tubbs had allegedly been in possession of stolen firearms and then sold them. The thefts were reported in Ulysses and Mills.
